Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction, upgrading, A&A, R&R, reroofing, and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
- Oversee contractors and consultants to ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, site management, and compliance with project requirements
- Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and timelines in accordance with contracts and approved budgets.
- Conduct site inspections, technical reviews, coordination meetings, and progress reviews.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BCA regulations, and Workplace Safety & Health requirements.
- Review work programmes, method statements, variation orders, and progress claims.
- Identify project risks and resolve technical or site issues promptly.
