Plan, organize, and manage final assembly and RF testing operations across Singapore and Malaysia production sites.
Ensure alignment of production plans, capacity, and resources between regional facilities.
Monitor daily production output, yield, cycle time, and bottlenecks; drive corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and test resources across locations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce rework, and improve first-pass yield.
