Responsibilities

• Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs and projects that advance the organization’s mission and strategic objectives. This role ensures that projects are delivered effectively, within scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, donors, and community beneficiaries. The Project Manager plays a key role in coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring accountability and impact in program delivery.
