Qualifications- Holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics
- 4-6 years experience in the BMS project sales.
- Proven technical Skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities & Strong Communication Skills
- Be proactive & Team player, Strategic Thinking & Analytical Skills
- Must have extensive know-how on all BMS operations and should have managed small to mid-sized commercial value projects
- Establish and build a relationship with consultants, driving initiatives to ensure specification with top / preferred Consultants based on Sales strategy
- Annual Sales Targets & Revenue from New clients
- Effective relationships with contractors/ consultants/ customers
- Internal stakeholder management
