Roles & Responsibilities
Independently manage end-to-end store operations at the project site. Maintain accurate inventory records using computer-based systems (ERP/Excel). Plan, control, and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability and avoid excess/obsolete stock. Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and documentation of materials procured as per PO/Delivery Challans. Ensure safe custody of materials with correct quantity and quality preservation. Maintain material inward/outward registers, stock ledgers, and bin cards. Handle inter-site material transfers with proper documentation and reconciliation. Maintain records of construction materials, consumables, tools & tackles, formwork, electrical items, and spares. Manage and update material and machinery issue/return records. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site execution teams for timely material availability.
