Allied Universal Technology Services is hiring a Project Superintendent–DataCenter Constructionto oversee daily site operations, short-term scheduling, and ensure security system construction progresses on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This hands-on role requires working daily from a trailer in an activeconstructionsite environment. TheProjectSuperintendent will work closely with the General Contractor (GC) and report directly to the AUTS Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Open and secure the job site daily, conductdaily site walksand anexpectationof up to80%of timeinthefield(either walking or driving)
Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors tomaintainproject timeline
Supervise AUTS installationtechniciansand subcontractors, ensuring adherence tocontract,schedules and quality standards while installing security systems
