Job Description
Overall Purpose of the Position
The Project Supervisor supports the delivery of Trade On’s development projects (including remodels, new builds and relocations) by executing and coordinating on?site activities, supervising contractors, monitoring progress, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining project quality and documentation throughout the build process. The role focuses on the operational execution of project tasks on site and provides the necessary technical, coordination and reporting support required to keep projects on schedule, compliant and aligned to approved plans.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Project Planning & Approvals Reviewing all project drawings and specifications with the Project Manager (PM) before site start Verifying that all required services (electrical, plumbing & drainage, fire protection, HVAC & refrigeration) are coordinated and approved, ensuring that the pre?start checklist is fully ...
