Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring they meet GAAP standards.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Analyze property financial performance, identifying trends and variances to drive strategic decisions.
- Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
