Job Description
Qualifications :
- Atleast 2 years of experience
- BS Mechanical or Electrical
- Experience in Property and Assets Management, and Quantity Surveying Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee regular maintenance schedules for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to ensure optimal performance
- Track and manage all physical assets, including equipment, tools, and infrastructure, using asset management systems.
- Address engineering and technical concerns related to property operations, including troubleshooting and repairs
