Job Summary

:

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the property management portfolio, including budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance. This role ensures accurate and timely financial data to support operational decisions and long-term planning. The Finance Manager also provides direct supervision to accounting personnel and coordinates closely with Property Managers and company Management to ensure financial alignment across properties.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities to promote timely vendor payments
  • Produce and deliver monthly statements and process owner payments
  • Prepare financial or tenant reports when requested by management
  • Explain financial reports to management, tenants, or owners
