• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of company premises
• In-charge of maintenance in company facilities
• Ensure proper waste management disposal
• Supervise issuance of stock and ensure proper accounting of stock/materials
• Managing Maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are maintained and good condition
• Supervise of scheduling of company drivers
• Overseeing maintenance of all company cars
• Ensuring compliance with rental agreement of rental properties
