Job Description

The Position
Manage existing and new tenancies

Establish relationships with tenants and the regional landlord

Access and interpret ethical practice and legislation in real estate

Work with real estate trust accounts

Overseeing maintenance issues, reporting and following up with our Delta FM Maintenance team and/or subcontractors

Processing of applications promptly and efficiently

Listing of properties when they become available for rent

Management of arrears

Conducting entry and exit inspections, along with routine inspections

Reporting and other ad hoc tasks as required
The Person
Must have CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

Proven experience in Real Estate Property Management

Must have a current driver’s licence
