Property Preservation Specialist III

**Overview:**

This position is an integral role within M&T’s Property Preservation team that will execute day-to-day functions including reviewing monthly property inspections provided by vendors to decide if securing is needed, to confirm vacancy, to review property conditions, and/or assist inspectors with gaining access to the property. Part of reviewing property conditions includes monitoring the insurance claim process for damaged properties and repair bids placed by our vendors. Review of fees assessed/pending to assist in the creation of quotes. The Specialist III will also have a portfolio of Consumer loan properties to monitor for first time vacancy and complete monthly vacant property condition reviews. Additionally, the Specialist will work with our Property Preservation Escalation Team to monitor ongoing escalated property issues.
