Job Description
Become a Proposal Coordinator at WSP and contribute to Earth & Environment projects that drive sustainability across Canada. This role allows you to craft compelling proposals while working in a flexible and supportive environment.
You will be responsible for writing, coordinating, and refining proposals to ensure they meet WSP standards and reflect the needs of clients. Your experience in the AEC sector will be vital as you analyze RFPs and develop strategies to position WSP favorably. Collaborate with team members and assist in preparing for client interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate proposal efforts from start to finish
• Write and edit proposal content for clarity
• Analyze client RFPs to inform strategy
• Manage collaboration across teams to meet deadlines
