Proposal Engineer for Distribution Transformers

The Distribution
Transformer Proposal Manager is responsible for leading the development of **technicaland commercial proposals** for distribution transformer products in response
to customer RFQs, tenders, and RFPs. This role bridges **sales, engineering,pricing, factory and support with project management** , ensuring proposals
are technically compliant, commercially competitive, and delivered on time. The
position plays a critical role in winning new business, supporting key
accounts, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
