Job Description
Overview
The Proposal Specialist 2 is responsible for developing solicitations request for proposal request for information and request for quote and proposals for both direct and indirect channel engagements.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the development of basic, moderate risk solicitations and proposals
- Read solicitations/proposals to understand advanced technical, functional and business requirements; Parse and assign work to project team members
- Organize and lead kick-off meetings with key stakeholders; Establish deadlines and set project expectations
- Act as liaison between project team and subject matter experts, working cross-departmentally to track down and confirm information
- Manage and oversee the collaboration of work within project management tool; working on multiple projects simultaneously
