Prototype CNC Programmer and Machinist

Lutron has an immediate opening in our Prototype Model Shop for a Prototype CNC Programmer and Machinist based at Lutron's Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. In this position, you will be a key part of a team dedicated to producing intricate engineering prototypes and innovative tooling essential for manufacturing. You will use your technical expertise to machine, fabricate, or otherwise produce components and assemblies to support on-time delivery of engineering models and tooling for our internal customer base.

You will work closely with Lutron’s engineers and designers to bring exciting new products to market while ensuring prototypes and tooling produced meet the expected specifications and exhibit a world-class level of quality.
