Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven
Purchaser
with strong technical knowledge of
M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)
materials. You will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring that all M&E components, PBU parts, and general construction materials are sourced cost-effectively and delivered on schedule. Key Responsibilities: M&E Material Sourcing:
Source and procure specialized M&E materials, including electrical components, piping, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC-related hardware. PBU Procurement:
Manage the purchase and delivery of components related to
PBU (Prefabricated Bathroom Units) . Vendor Management:
Build and maintain a robust network of reliable M&E and construction material suppliers. Negotiation:
Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and high-service standards. Order Management:
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track deliveries to ensure all materials arrive at project sites (e.g., HDB or private dev...
