As a Purchasing Coordinator you will:

• Create and manage purchase orders in Maximo and FMIS.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
• Support purchasing for maintenance and project delivery across the National Grid.
• Manage long‑lead items such as transformers, substation equipment, protection and communications materials, transmission line materials and cabling.
• Ensure purchase orders move through the approval process and provide timely updates on project materials.
