About the Role

The Purchaser is a central operational role responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, supporting six core branches, and helping coordinate the flow of materials across a wider network of 15 total locations. You will use Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) daily to manage replenishment settings, correct errors, and maintain clean, accurate system data.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Replenishment

Manage purchasing and stock replenishment for six core locations

Coordinate inter‑branch transfers across 15 total locations

Maintain accurate purchasing metrics in Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid outages or excess inventory
