Purchasing Executive

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, planning, expediting orders to meet the scheduled of usage
Negotiate contract terms on pricing and product quality
Issue of PO and update in purchasing system
Shipment co-ordination with vendor, customer and shipping agents for import and export with knowledge of Bill of Lading, permits and BCA approval
Oversees stock control and support project materials delivery requirements
Maintain good working relationships with new and existing key suppliers to manage delivery and product quality
Job Requirements
Incumbent is required to familiar with Materials, Machineries & Equipments in Civil Engineering Sector.
Min Diploma or its equivalent with minimum 3 years' experience, and preferable in the Civil Enginerring Industry
A team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills
