Qa analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our Technical Services team. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective planning, execution, and reporting of testing activities. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain end-to-end test plans, test cases, and test packs Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing Test and verify defects logged on TFS Compile test reports and release notes Support controlled releases and identify high-risk changes Assist developers and Product Owners with defect investigation Provide daily and weekly testing updates Requirements Grade 12 / N3 (essential) 2–4 years’ experience as a QA Analyst Advanced SQL skills Retail systems knowledge IT degree/diploma and ISTQB certification (advantageous) Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration High attention to detail and accountability If this sounds like your next career move, we’d love to hear from you...
