Job Description
Job Title: QA & Testing Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases to ensure software quality.
- Coordinate testing activities and resources across multiple teams and modules.
- Establish and maintain testing processes and standards.
- Oversee the execution of test cases and manage defect tracking and resolution.
- Provide test reports and metrics to stakeholders and project management.
Key KPIs / SLAs
- Timely completion of testing activities within project milestones.
- Test coverage and effectiveness in identifying defects and issues.
- Defect closure rate and quality of delivered software.
- Adherence to testing processes and standards.
- Stakeholder satisfaction with testing outcomes.
