Job Description
Job Summary
The QA/QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the diligent implementation of standard quality assurance and quality control procedures on all project sites. This role involves active monitoring and coordination with QA/QC staff on site regarding construction activities, materials, and workmanship to guarantee strict adherence to project plans, specifications, drawings, applicable building codes, and industry standards. The QA/QC Supervisor conducts regular audits and inspections, identifies non-conformities, facilitates corrective actions, and maintains comprehensive quality documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the company’s QA/QC manual and standard programs.
- Ensure all quality control checks and tests are performed by project site QA/QC staff in accordance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and project requirements.
- Collate all project site QA/QC documents.
