Our float roles offer an opportunity to work across a variety of age groups and learning environments, so that we can support our large teams through planned leave, professional development, programming time, study commitments and unexpected absences. As our campuses continue to grow, these roles are essential in ensuring are educators are well supported to take leave, maintain work-life balance and continue delivering high quality care and education to our children each day.

Each day is different – making this a perfect role for educators who love building relationships and bringing their energy wherever they go.

We are ideally seeking educators available to work 5 days per week, across our opening hours, however, for the right candidate we would consider a 4-day week across 9.5 hour shifts.
