Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across digital and core insurance platforms. This is a people management role with hands-on responsibilities, requiring strong leadership, technical QA expertise, and stakeholder management to ensure high-quality delivery across projects.
Requirements Minimum 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong track record as a QA Lead or Manager. Proven experience leading QA teams in project environments. Strong hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and defect management. Ability to balance people management and hands-on QA work effectively. Solid experience in both manual and automation testing. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skillsets Life Insurance domain knowledge is highly preferred. Familiarity with LifeAsia system is a strong advantage. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of modern QA tools, frameworks, ...
