Quality Assurance & Compliance Plan, execute, and oversee engagement quality reviews and internal inspections across audit engagements to assess compliance with applicable auditing standards and the Firm's methodologies. Identify quality-related findings and trends, and work with engagement teams to develop practical remediation and improvement plans. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the Firm's System of Quality Management (SOQM) in line with ISQM 1 & 2 requirements. Support the preparation of submissions and responses for external regulatory inspections (e.g., AOB, MIA), including coordinating evidence gathering and drafting management responses. Keep abreast of developments in auditing standards, regulatory updates, and industry best practices, and assess their impact on the Firm's policies and procedures.
