Role Overview

The Quality Control Administrator is a full-time remote contract position responsible for reviewing, processing, and delivering all media output produced by our photography and videography team. This person sits at the center of our production workflow and is the final checkpoint before any media reaches our clients. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in photo editing and post-production, an exceptional eye for detail, outstanding written English communication skills, and the flexibility to learn and master new tools as our business grows.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Latin America. You will work closely with our Nashville-based admin and photography team and must be available during core U.S. Central Time business hours.

 


Schedule


  • Option A: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours/week)
