Job Description

Job Overview
Reporting to the Vice-President as the Quality Control and Installation Coordinator you ensure residential flooring projects are coordinated, scheduled, ready to start and records kept. You also support communication between departments customers, site superintendents, installers, and Account Managers and partner with Qualico on safety, and drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Conducting pre-installation inspections of residential job sites to verify readiness for flooring installation.
Performing post-installation inspections to ensure flooring meets company standards.
Ensuring new crews understand company procedures and expectations, tracking performance and coordinating initial check-ins. 
Documenting with photos and correction action notes site conditions that may affect flooring performance.
