Quality Control Laboratory Technician
Job Description
The Quality Control Laboratory Technician ensures that all finished products meet established quality and safety standards by performing laboratory testing, analyzing raw materials and finished goods, and supporting quality assurance processes in a food processing and ingredients manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
+ Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet established specifications and regulatory requirements.
+ Conduct laboratory analyses using wet chemistry, microbiology, and other analytical techniques to evaluate product quality and safety.
+ Measure and monitor viscosity and other physical and chemical properties of products and raw materials.
+ Operate, calibrate, and maintain quality control analysis equipment and laboratory instruments according to standard procedures.
