Responsibilities

- Review and audit product listings on online platforms to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, images, and specifications, reflecting the actual product quality.
- Continuously monitor production processes to identify and resolve any quality issues, ensuring that both online and physical products are consistently up to standard.
- Identify defects or discrepancies in products, investigate their causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate records of all quality inspections, tests, corrective actions, and audits for tracking purposes and compliance.
