An In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and following up all quality claims and issues reported to the operations and sales departments, ensuring the satisfaction of all involved parties.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to enhance quality processes.
