Our customer located in Bluffton, Ohio is seeking to hire a strong Senior Quality Engineer on an indefinite contract position. This associate needs to be detailed oriented, great work ethic, self-directed, and capable of hitting the ground running.



To help drive excellence in the quality department, this individual will:

• Be responsible for ensuring products produced meeting customer quality standards


• Identify root cause and implement permanent corrective actions for product quality issues


• Lead, develop, and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention in a team environment
