Role Overview: As a QE for Dynamics 365, you will be responsible for validating the integrity of Microsoft Dynamics implementations. You will work across various modules like Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service, ensuring that customizations and integrations function seamlessly within the D365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Testing: Manage requirement analysis, test scoping, and scripting specifically for D365 CE or F&O.
• Cross-Module Validation: Ensure data consistency and workflow integrity across interfacing applications and third-party integrations.
• Performance & Security: Support non-functional testing activities, including performance benchmarking and security role validation within the D365 framework.
