Reports to Operations Head.

Job Overview:

The Sr. Engineer QMS will be the face of the quality system and will be reviewing the quality team daily regarding the same, guiding them and resolving typical issues.

He will also be reporting monthly quality analyses to the management and providing solutions to overcome the gaps.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1.Taking daily reviews of the team.

2. Providing targets and hand holding with the team.

3. Customer visits to resolve QMS concerns.

4. Conducting customer and supplier audits.

5. Monthly analysis presentation to the management.

6. Providing training to the team.

7. Ensuring 5S in the company.
