A Day In The Life
Every day at Hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by:
Coordinating and balancing department priorities with the various departments at plant locations.Overseeing ongoing training of all department employees and ensuring team members are sufficiently cross-trained.Providing support as needed for all manufacturing engineers, machine operators, supervisors, planners, etc.Performing audits around the plant.Creating work requests as needed to address department equipment issues.Working with outside vendors to maintain calibration/service contracts for equipment.Considering new technologies for manufacturing and deciding if new inspection equipment is needed.
