Quality Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and drive quality standards for an e-Commerce social media account within a BPO environment. The role involves managing quality frameworks, coaching teams, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent service excellence aligned with client expectations.

Work Details

• Up to PHP 100,000 package (PHP 93,100 basic + PHP 6,900 allowance)
• 100% Onsite – Mandaluyong or Robinsons Omega
• UK/US shift (midnight to night shift)

Qualifications

• College undergraduate (minimum 2 years completed); associate or diploma courses accepted
• 3–5 years of Quality Manager experience in a BPO industry is required
