Job Overview
Manages quality functions at the site level, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards, practices, and works closely with TCL roles to support technical quality initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the AS9100 Quality System through multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement activities.
- Drive Accelerated Continuous Improvement Projects through the deployment of Six Sigma philosophy.
- Plan and monitor PPAP development activities.
- Implement system for defect prevention instead of detection.
- Attend customer needs as required, either by phone or onsite visits.
