What You’ll Do
- Lead the QA team of 6 office and floor contract staff including hiring, training, guidance, performance evaluation, individual development and ensuring alignment with MEDC strategic priorities.
- Set and exceed targets for the Quality team focusing on high BIQ scores for GMS compliance.
- Liaise with parts suppliers, regional and global technical teams; raise and follow up on quality concerns with external partners.
- Implement robust quality processes to ensure quality is built into every operational activity.
