Job Summary

The Quantity Surveying Manager is responsible for managing all cost and commercial aspects of projects from pre-construction to project completion. The role ensures effective cost planning, budget control, procurement support, contract administration, and financial monitoring to achieve project objectives within approved budgets and commercial standards. The Quantity Surveying Manager coordinates with project teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure proper cost management, contractual compliance, and commercial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
