Quantity Surveyor

Our client in Cape town is looking for a Quantity Surveyor 
Salary R40K - R60K CTC per month

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or related field
  Minimum of 3-7 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quantity surveying software (CSS) & Build Smart


• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively


• Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
