Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

. Taking off of quantities for building works
. To prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for tender project including source and negotiate price with suppliers and sub-contractors, etc.
. Project administration and documentation include preparation of sub-contract, VO, interim valuations and final account, etc.
. To handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues with clients
. To prepare shopdrawings, master programme, method statements and tender interview documents
. To maintain proper tender and project documentation
. To handle other assigned duties as required
Requirement
. Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building/Construction/Civil Engineering
. Able to work independently and under pressure
. Proactive and well organized
. Advanced AutoCad knowledge is required
. MS Projects knowledge is advantageous
