Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)

Job Description: To assist project manager / director to handle and calculate the quantity and costing of the different tender assignments. Technical review on the supplier/contractor quotation or proposal and makes sure that all requirements are complied. Prepare, review, verify bills of quantities. Verify quantities, progress payments Track variations and claims Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications Familiar and able to understand general contracts and various tender documents.
