Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong knowledge of ELV Systems, CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Networking, and IT Infrastructure Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tender submissions, commercial evaluations, budgeting, and project cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Analyze tender documents and prepare commercial and technical proposals.
- Perform cost estimation for ELV, CCTV, ICT, Networking, Access Control, and IT Infrastructure projects.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
