Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various aspects of M&E projects from initiation to completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but not limited to: . Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission . Prepare Bills of Quantity . Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluation of price comparison and costing summary . Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-saving measures . Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control . Monitor and keep track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget . Measure and determine amount of work done at stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors .
