Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions to support project bidding and budgeting. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms. Monitor project costs and budget performance to identify variances and recommend corrective actions. Prepare progress claims and variation orders to facilitate timely project payments and contract adjustments. Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings to determine material and labor requirements accurately. Liaise effectively with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and resolve issues. Required competencies and certifications
