We are currently seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support as part of the Lindum York Team based in Elvington. We have a variety of clients in a range of sectors, including affordable housing, food, retail, and education, commercial, industrial and health. Projects size will range from £300k to £10m

Applicants must have experience as a QS in the construction industry, at either intermediate or senior level. You will be responsible for running multiple projects at once including subcontract procurement, payments and measures, cost management and valuations, build estimates and variation costings, forecasting and cost value reporting. Applicants must have knowledge of JCT / NEC form of contracts.
