Service and Deficiency Quotes (approx. 60% of workload) involve managing all deficiencies reported by field technicians and converting them into opportunities to quote.

• Manage all deficiencies reported by field technicians.
• Convert deficiencies into opportunities to quote.
• Determine required labour, parts, equipment, and other costs by working with the team and vendors.
• Determine appropriate mark‑ups and overheads based on company goals and management input.
• Create compelling quotations using company software.

Bid and Specification Quotes (approx. 10% of workload)

• Determine labour, parts, equipment, and other costs required by performing take‑offs based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings, and specifications.
• Negotiate, record, and compare bids from multiple vendors.
• Acquire and organize all information from suppliers for estimates.
