R & D Executive

To be successful in this role:

• To assist and initiate new product development including production scale up tasks.
• Daily execution of R&D related lab activities.
• To carry out R&D projects such as formulation, sample preparation and sensory evaluation of food products.
• Manufacturing of batches in the R&D lab, process optimization for formulations, documentation generation, defining/creating release specifications and tracking stability.
• Troubleshooting formulas as well as continuous improvement of existing formulas and processes.
• Carry out pilot plant trials in production and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve problems.
• Maintain R&D raw material inventory which includes logging and removing expired raw materials.
• Ensure safe and hygiene conditions, equipment are maintained in R&D Lab.
• To keep a record of all R&D related documents.
