R Developer - Delivery Manager

Job Purpose
The IT Associate will support daily operations and project initiatives, administer core tools, coordinate disaster recovery testing, maintain documentation, remediate vulnerabilities, and manage onboarding and asset tracking. This role serves as an internal escalation point for Office 365 and internal applications, working closely with the IT Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain existing code base and pipelines like data visualization tool etc.
Work closely with client to understand the requirements and carry out the development or changes in the existing processes.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs in existing production codes.
Enhance and update functionality of existing data visualisation tool written in R/R Shiny
Help PMs to get data in Excel from different databases by building custom connections and required queries.
